CBCC Issues letter to DC Mayor for Planning and Economic Development re: 1000 4th Street, SW Waterfront
​On October 9, 2015, CBCC offered to the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development (DMPED), Mark Bleyer, an analysis of each of the three bids for the proposed vacant lot redevelopment at 1000 4th Street, SW, also known as the Waterfront Station Parcel.
